Rigtige Navn: Jonathan Grant, Tony McGuinness & Paavo Siljamäki

 

Above & Beyond er uden tvivl et af de mest spændende bands i dag, inden for produktion af elektronisk musik. -- Engelske producer Jono Grant & Finske Paavo Siljamäki (Dj/Producer) mødtes og oprettede i sommeren 1999 pladeselskabet Anjunabeats.. -

Engelske Tony McGuinness (Guitarist/Sangskriver) sluttede sig til de to andre året efter, da de sammen blev bedt om at remixe Chakra's nummer "Home". Remixet blev et stort hit og toppede charten i adskillige uger..

 

Herefter blev Above & Beyond dannet..år 2000. - I 2002 havde de deres første live gig i japan. - Nu optræder de over hele verden, dog med base i UK Club Passion ...

OceanLab er formegentlig det mest kendte alias til dato. Udgivelserne under dette navn er udelukkende i samarbejde med den engelske sangerinde/sangskriver Justine Suissa.

Udover at arbejde med drengene fra Above & Beyond har Justine Suissa også leveret vokal og sangskrivning for kunstnere som Armin van Buuren og Chicane (Autumn Tactics)
